The main objectives is to define complex, typical for business communications problems and to find intellegent approach to problem solving. Communication management is the systematic planning, monitoring, and revision of all the channels of communication within an organization and between organizations. Communication management is the organization and dissimination of new communication directives connected with an organization, network,communications technology. Communication management relate to content and knowledge management technologies.
